HR Documents Specialist (Chinese)

Role Overview
Apply your Human Resources expertise and Chinese-language documentation skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. You will create and evaluate realistic HR content and provide high-quality input that helps models better understand, reason about, and process Human Resources materials in Chinese. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve Chinese-language HR materials, including employee handbooks, onboarding resources, policies, and procedure manuals.
- Create, format, and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint according to project specifications.
- Apply HR workflow, compliance, and documentation best practices to ensure accurate, professional deliverables.
- Translate or localize HR content for Chinese-speaking professionals while preserving clarity and nuance.
- Work with AI engineers and project managers to provide examples and feedback that improve model outputs.
- Maintain precise written and verbal communication across all deliverables.
- Use Fortune 500 and HR experience to represent real-world documentation scenarios and use cases.
Qualifications
- Native-level Chinese proficiency and strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 3 years of hands-on Human Resources and HR documentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to create and refine documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and standard HR documentation.
- Experience working for, or creating content for, Fortune 500 companies.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher.
- Strong attention to detail, a process-driven approach, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States.
- HR documentation or consulting experience in technology, finance, or multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with AI training or large language model projects.
Work Terms
- Remote independent-contractor engagement.
- United States-based candidates are preferred.
Compensation
Hourly pay ranges from $10 to $55.
