HR Documents Specialist (French)

Apply your French-language HR documentation expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems through accurate, practical, real-world input. This remote contract role focuses on producing and evaluating HR materials that support the needs of large, complex organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and improve HR documents, policies, and templates in French, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Apply HR process and documentation knowledge to the development of AI training data.
• Work with the customer team to identify gaps in HR documentation and HR best practices.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve AI-generated HR document content.
• Communicate clearly in French and English in written and verbal collaboration.
• Ensure documentation is appropriate for global, Fortune 500-level organizations and aligned with industry standards.

• Native-level French proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR experience and experience working with HR documentation in large, complex organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and optimize HR documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation.
• Significant experience supporting or working within Fortune 500 companies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Based in the United States or deeply familiar with U.S. HR practices.
• Experience training or mentoring others on HR documentation best practices.
• Familiarity with AI, data annotation, or technology-driven HR solutions.

• Remote contract engagement.

• $10 to $45 per hour.
