Financial Documents Specialist (Portuguese)

Role Overview
Apply finance expertise and native-level Portuguese skills to help improve next-generation AI systems through high-quality financial documents, reviews, and feedback. This remote contractor role focuses on producing and evaluating real-world materials that support AI training workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, create, and refine Portuguese-language financial documents.
- Produce, edit, and evaluate financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Provide detailed feedback on document accuracy, clarity, and relevance for AI training.
- Validate financial terminology, calculations, and document structures in complex materials.
- Work closely with the customer team to align data and documents with Fortune 500 standards and best practices.
- Document processes and clearly communicate findings using strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Contribute practical finance knowledge to AI-driven workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- Native-level Portuguese proficiency, including excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of finance experience, including hands-on work with financial documents.
- Experience creating and managing financial reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality financial documentation.
- Experience working with or for Fortune 500 companies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and deliver results on time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Based in the United States or significantly familiar with US financial standards and reporting practices.
- Prior exposure to AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
- Advanced finance or accounting certifications.
Work Terms
- Remote, independent contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $10 to $45 per hour.
