Financial Documents Specialist (German) [Remote]

Role Overview

Apply finance expertise and native-level German communication skills to create high-quality real-world materials that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on financial documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, with no prior AI experience required.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and refine financial documents in German, maintaining accuracy and real-world fidelity.
• Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Use finance expertise to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues in documents.
• Provide precise data and content for AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data-security best practices.

Qualifications

• Native-level German proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 3 years of finance experience, including handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, proactive problem-solving skills, and comfort working independently in a remote setting.
