Financial Documents Specialist for AI Training (German) [Remote]

In this role, you''ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required, your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and refine a variety of financial documents in German, ensuring accuracy and real-world fidelity.
• Develop and format complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Apply deep finance knowledge to identify and resolve inconsistencies or issues within documents.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Provide high-quality, precise data and content that supports the training and evaluation of AI models.
• Communicate clearly and professionally through both written and verbal channels.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to best practices in data security.

• Native-level proficiency in German, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, with a strong background in handling, creating, or reviewing financial documents.
• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, particularly within the Fortune 500 environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured documents.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

• Based in the US, with familiarity working across international and multicultural teams.
• Previous experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or technology-driven projects.
• Advanced certifications in finance or related disciplines.

Contract position, fully remote.

$10 - $45 per hour.
