Marketing Documents Specialist for AI Training (German)

You will produce and refine German-language marketing collateral that trains and evaluates next-generation AI systems. This role uses your real-world marketing expertise to create authentic brochures, presentations, and reports in German that help models learn, reason, and perform. No prior AI experience is required, your domain knowledge and attention to quality are the priority.

• Create, review, and refine marketing documents in German, including brochures, presentations, and reports, using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Produce content that reflects realistic business scenarios and marketing strategies, with an emphasis on Fortune 500 standards and best practices.
• Evaluate materials for accuracy, coherence, clarity, and authenticity in German-language marketing documentation.
• Collaborate with a global AI training team to provide subject-matter input that supports model development and quality assurance.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and documentation using strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold data integrity in all deliverables.

• Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with marketing documentation, preferably for Fortune 500 companies.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint for creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Bachelor''s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven ability to create compelling marketing content and collateral, with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Preferred: experience residing or working in the United States while maintaining native-level German proficiency.
• Preferred: direct experience with AI training, data annotation, or technology-driven marketing initiatives, and familiarity with digital marketing trends and document automation tools.

• Engagement type: Independent contractor.

• This role contributes to the customer team that provides high-quality training materials for AI systems. Confidentiality and data integrity are required at all times.

Pay range: $10 to $55 per hour.

• Native-level German proficiency is required.
