Full Time Salary: $70,000 to $75,000

Schedule: M-F, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Fleet Manager will manage overall operations of our 20+ internal fleet personnel and 20+ Box Trucks, assist and coach our drivers in order to complete routes in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

You will:

• Oversee the repair and maintenance operations for all bobtails, tractor and trailers.
• Develop/implement/monitor adherence to policies and procedures; answer telephone correspondence; interview employee candidates; prepare employee evaluations
• Run/analyze productivity and operational reports through Routing Software
• Work with dispatch to ensure accuracy of assignment of routes
• Creates and manages Driver Qualification (DQ) files
• Establish delivery routes that are cost-effective and compliant with Federal, State and local laws, DOT guidelines, policy or regulations
• Engage with employees by conducting monthly tailgate sessions and quarterly safety meetings
• Conduct accident/incident interviews with drivers

You have:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience, bachelor's (Preferred)
• 3+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or related work experience
• Ability to create, manage, and calculate routes
• Experience with DQ file compliance
• Proficiency in Excel and Word and experience with RoadNet is a plus
• CDL A Drivers Licence is a plus
