Responsible for the receiving, rotation and stocking of all concession products on a daily basis. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Receives and issues food & beverage products to various locations* Processes and maintains product transfer procedures and concession purchase orders* Assists recording month end inventory* Rotates stock and checks par levels of concession products* Maintains cleanliness and organization in the warehouse & concession stands* Directs warehouse runners with concession location opening, setup, closing and breakdown.* Under direction from Food & Beverage Assistant Manager;* Transfers product orders for all events* Prepares stand & portable stocking sheets for all events; chargeable and non-chargeable inventory items**Supervisory Responsibilities**Directly supervises all warehouse personnel. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees and directing work.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Education and/or Experience**High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience**Skills and Abilities*** Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.* Knowledge of concession operations* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).* Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie)* Ability to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.**Computer Skills**General Computer knowledge, MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook**Other Qualifications*** Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.* Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit upon hire.**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
