Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable treatment goals, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when required, using effective de-escalation techniques and connecting clients with additional resources for support.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records electronically, adhering to state regulations, ethical standards, and best practices in documentation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and supervision to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Our outpatient clinic serves clients dealing with anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions, among others. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of clients is essential in tailoring interventions that address their specific situations.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington.

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• At least 4 years of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 95,000, based on qualifications and experience.
