responsibilities:
- Support a dedicated packaging category or brand by assembling prototypes for consumer testing and participating in new tooling development.
- Collaborate closely with Divisions, Operations, and external vendors to push adherence to key project milestones and launch dates.
- Proactively identify, anticipate, and elevate project blocking points to ensure major product launches meet established deadlines.
- Utilize internal systems to perform packaging testing and specifications, while troubleshooting various technical packaging issues.
- Document, analyze, and report critical technical design details to maintain the highest quality and meticulous standards in a fast-paced environment.
