Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside occupational and physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, all-encompassing care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their caregivers on therapy methods that encourage consistent growth at home
• Track and Document Progress: Regularly evaluate clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery

Education:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications supported and encouraged

Certifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
