Senior Director role leading global client services strategy and execution for the Clinical Trials Division. Responsible for managing client relationships, project delivery, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional alignment across global teams reporting to the Division President.

Responsibilities

Lead global client management teams and serve as executive sponsor for key client relationships
Drive project execution excellence across global teams on scope, timelines, financials, and quality
Lead organizational effectiveness initiatives including process optimization and operational scalability
Oversee transformational initiatives and establish governance frameworks for decision-making and accountability
Partner with HR, Finance, Quality, and Executive Leadership on talent strategy, financial planning, and strategic alignment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
12+ years relevant experience including significant leadership in project/program management and client services
Proven experience leading global teams within complex, matrixed organizations
Strong background in demand planning, S&OP, and operational execution
Strategic leadership with strong business and financial acumen
Expertise in client relationship management and large-scale program delivery
Strong organizational, communication, and change management capabilities

Compensation: $157,700–$236,525 base
