Key Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Manhattan WMS and OMS across retail and supply chain domains.
- Establish and lead Delivery, Consulting, and Quality Engineering practices.
- Design scalable solutions in collaboration with Manhattan and cross-functional consultants.
- Provide technical leadership across WMS, DOM, EEM, TMS, Billing, SCI, JDA Allocations, SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS, Slotting Optimization, and Labor Management.
- Architect, implement, and support enterprise applications aligned with business goals.
- Drive system stability through monitoring, capacity analysis, and root cause resolution.
- Lead complex, precedent-setting projects with long-term impact.
- Mentor junior consultants and manage operational teams to ensure excellence.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and consensus across business and technical teams.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Manhattan WMS/OMS and retail supply chain systems.
- Proven success in solution architecture, implementation, and support .
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle , APIs, and integration technologies.
- Experience with SAP IS Retail/AFS/FMS , SCI, and labor optimization tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage operations and influence short-term outcomes.
