Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
• Pizzaria Restaurant includes Pastas, Sandwiches and Salads as well.
• Assist with menu planning to ensure a diverse and appealing pizza selection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and safety protocols
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety guidelines and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and timely meal delivery
• Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of pizza or related dishes

Requirements

• Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable
• Proven background in food industry roles such as restaurant or kitchen experience, especially in fine dining or catering settings
• Strong culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, knife skills, and meal assembly
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with menu planning, food service operations, and food industry standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations
