As an LMFT, you will manage your caseload and have the autonomy to choose between 10 to 30 billable hours each week, optimizing your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver outpatient mental health treatment through diagnostic examinations, case management, and short-term counseling for individuals and families.

• Provide psychotherapy services using evidence-based treatment techniques, focusing on individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions for various mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, utilizing the latest edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to assess client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate treatment plans and address the urgency of client needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, skills training, and supportive therapy sessions to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.

• Coordinate care and cultivate professional relationships with social agencies, educational institutions, family members, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation, manage therapy-related paperwork, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Actively participate in clinical team meetings, contributing to ongoing discussions about patient care and departmental planning.

Qualifications\n
