Associate Veterinarian – Ceres Veterinary Clinic

Ceres Veterinary Clinic is growing, and we're excited to welcome a compassionate, collaborative Associate Veterinarian to our team! Whether you're seeking full-time (30+ hours) or part-time, we're flexible and ready to build a role that fits your professional goals.

We're a community-based practice with an incredibly loyal client base that truly values the relationships we build with their pets and families. Our hospital is supported by a long-tenured, highly experienced staff who work together like family. We celebrate together too — birthdays, holidays, potlucks, team outings, and even an annual Easter egg hunt are all part of our culture.

Our veterinarian brings a robust veterinary background and is a strong, supportive leader who believes in teamwork, mentorship, and high-quality medicine delivered with heart. We're also proud to serve as the go-to veterinary provider for city animal services, while offering discounted care to local shelters and rescue organizations. Giving back to our community is at the core of who we are.

Remodeled in 2019, our clinic is modern, well-equipped, and designed for efficient, high-quality care. All services are performed in-house, including:

• Full diagnostic lab capabilities
• Digital radiology
• Ultrasound
• Complete surgical suite
• Dedicated dental suite — including an RVT with advanced dentistry expertise

We see dogs and cats, but we're also excited to expand services based on the interests and skills a new veterinarian brings. If you have a niche or passion area, we want to support it.

We're also fortunate to have consistent, loyal relief veterinarians who are invested in our mission and help ensure excellent continuity of care.

We're seeking a veterinarian who:

• Values strong client relationships and community involvement
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Is open to mentorship or enjoys mentoring others
• Has an interest in surgery, dentistry, exotics, or a special focus area (not required — just a plus!)

Compensation & Benefits:

• A pro-sal compensation model with a salary of $150,000 - $170,000 (based on experience & schedule)
• Production bonus paid quarterly with no negative accrual
