Job Details Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse Employment Type: Travel Nurse Assignment Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Weekly Hours: 36 hours Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per month Call Requirement: None Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,730 - $1,820 Location: Irving, TX 75039 Job Requirements 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required Active Texas RN license required; temporary licenses are not accepted Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and FHM/AWHONN certifications required Meditech experience preferred Ability to work confidently in a night shift environment and support charge responsibilities Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a busy obstetric unit Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring and postpartum patients Circulate C-sections and assist with Labor & Delivery unit procedures as needed Support charge nurse duties on night shift when assigned Monitor patient status, document care accurately, and collaborate with the care team Work closely with unit techs and support staff to maintain efficient patient flow Follow unit policies, floating guidelines, and attendance expectations Deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical setting Why This Travel Nursing Opportunity?
