People Consulting - Workforce Advisory - Organizational Design and Workforce Planning - Manager - Multiple Positions - 1699365, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. Help clients solve their most complex people-related organizational, compliance and behavioral challenges. Work with Human Resources in fostering their role in contributing to the business strategy and the strategic deployment of talent. Utilize organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management as integral components of transformational initiatives focused on accelerating business performance. Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients. Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Minimum Requirements Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and 4 years of related work experience. Must have 3 years of consulting experience in providing people and organizational design supported by a change methodology in large-scale, end to end transformations to commercial clientele, including at least 2 of the following: Change Management Organizational Structure and Design Capability Mapping Organizational Assessment Organizational Governance Must have 3 years of experience in transformation management for large scale business transformation projects and programs. Must have 3 years of experience developing and delivering programs of work from planning to implementation, including managing project resources and budgets. Must have 3 years of experience within one or a combination of the following: Experience within management consultancy selling and delivering large-scale organizational design projects; and/or Experience within a professional services firm selling and delivering large-scale organizational design projects. Must have 3 years of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals. Requires travel up to 80%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs. The base salary for this job is $134,450.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
