People Consulting - Workforce Advisory - Organizational Design and Workforce Planning - Manager - Multiple Positions Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Dallas, TX. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Responsibilities Help clients solve complex people‑related organizational, compliance and behavioral challenges. Work with Human Resources to integrate talent strategy into business strategy. Utilize organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management in transformational initiatives focused on business performance. Prepare proposals and deliver presentations for potential clients. Deliver innovative solutions for challenges such as structuring teams to support strategy and enabling agile ways of working. Manage and motivate diversified teams, monitor progress, provide quality client services, maintain client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate related work experience, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of related experience. 3 years of consulting experience in people and organizational design supported by a change methodology in large‑scale, end‑to‑end transformations to commercial clientele, including at least two of: Change Management, Organizational Structure and Design, Capability Mapping, Organizational Assessment, Organizational Governance. 3 years of transformation management experience for large scale business transformation projects and programs. 3 years of experience developing and delivering programs of work from planning to implementation, including managing project resources and budgets. 3 years of experience within management consultancy or professional services firm selling and delivering large‑scale organizational design projects. 3 years of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals. Requires travel up to 80%, of which 10% may be international. Benefits The base salary is $134,450.00 per year.
