Strive Global is seeking enthusiastic and personable Pop-Up & Kiosk Sales Staff to join our San Antonio team.

In this role, you will represent our campaigns at pop-up locations, kiosks, and other designated in-person environments. You will engage directly with customers, introduce products or services, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience that encourages meaningful conversations and sales.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in energetic environments, and want an opportunity to strengthen their communication, sales, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Represent campaigns and brands at pop-up and kiosk locations.
• Present products, services, and promotional information clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer interests and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and answer questions accurately.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming kiosk or promotional area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.
• Develop strong knowledge of current campaigns, products, and services.
• Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance.

• Competitive Salary: $47,000 – $52,000 annually.
