As our Office Assistant specializing in Accounts Payable & Receivable, you’ll keep our financial engine running smoothly. From ensuring vendors are paid on time to reconciling customer accounts, your accuracy and organization will directly support our sales, service, and parts teams — and help us deliver the seamless experience our customers expect.
What You'll Do:
- Process vendor invoices, match them to purchase orders, and prepare payments.
- Post customer payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records in our dealership management system.
- Reconcile daily cash and bank deposits.
- Support the office team with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
What You'll Bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
