You’ll also support cross-product platform releases, and you’ll lead the programs that keep customers and prospects excited and informed about where the platform is headed.The ideal candidate brings core product marketing skills and passion, and is eager to apply the latest AI tools to everyday product marketing work for more efficiency and impact. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you’ll work in close proximity to our Product and Platform Product Marketing teams.You willOwn end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for platform-level innovations (e.g. permissions and admin changes, new UI rollouts) - from positioning through cross-functional launch tactics, enablement, team alignment and ongoing adoption.Own GTM for cross-product releases that don’t belong to a single product area and the change management and customer migration comms these sometimes require, bringing structure to ambiguous launches.Own Culture Amp’s customer-facing roadmap experience - Product Update Webinars, the roadmap deck, roadmap communications, and the monthly customer newsletter - to drive awareness and adoption across customers and prospects.Operate as a flexible, shared PMM resource, supporting launches where an extra pair of hands has the most impact.Develop sharp, buyer-relevant positioning and messaging that resonates with HR leaders and economic decision-makers.Build and maintain the GTM toolkit for your portfolio: feature one-pagers, demo narratives, sales training, objection-handling guides, and self-service enablement content.Develop a quarterly cadence of roadmap content - blog posts, product updates, event presentations, campaign assets - that keeps customers engaged and reinforces our innovation story.Translate roadmap and platform momentum into adoption, retention and expansion impact - partnering with marketing, sales and CS so communications reach the right audiences at the right momentYou have4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning cross-functional product launches end-to-end.Strong messaging instincts: you distil technical features into crisp, buyer-relevant narratives that land across multiple personas.Experience building effective PMM assets (slides, one-pagers, briefs), sales enablement, and customer communications - including recurring formats like webinars and newsletters.Demonstrated ability to run cross-functional GTM across Product, Marketing, Sales and CS, managing competing priorities and keeping launches on track.Experience leading customer-facing change management for platform migrations, protecting adoption and trust through the transition.Comfort using buyer research, win/loss data and competitive intelligence as strategic inputs, not just background research.Excellent communication and stakeholder management: as comfortable in a roadmap review as presenting to customers or enabling a sales team.Experience using AI tools to develop insights, assets and workflows.Preferred qualificationsDomain experience in HR tech, HCM, employee experience, or adjacent B2B SaaS.Track record of enabling sales or CS on technically complex features with measurable impact on adoption or win rates.Experience supporting analyst relations, event keynotes, or multi-channel launch campaigns.Perks & BenefitsAt Culture Amp, our people are at the heart of our success.
