IT Desktop Support Analyst

Salary: $62,400 - 72,800 per year

Requirements:

3–5+ years of hands-on desktop or technical support experience in an enterprise environment Strong experience supporting Windows-based PCs and laptops Experience supporting Apple technologies, including macOS devices and iPhones Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Experience supporting users at all organizational levels, including executives and senior leadership Willingness and ability to work on a W-2 basis Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support to employees across global offices and remote locations Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and connectivity issues Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows PCs, Apple devices, Microsoft Office applications, and other enterprise technologies Support a broad range of users, including executive leadership and C-level stakeholders, with professionalism and responsiveness Escalate complex issues as needed and help ensure support requests are resolved promptly Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions Coordinate with global IT teams to provide consistent support across time zones Technologies:
