Medical Front Desk – Lakeway, Texas
Pay: $20–$23/hour
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a Medical Front Desk professional with excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy to provide a welcoming experience for patients.
Schedule:
Monday–Wednesday: 7:15 AM–4:30 PM
Thursday: 9:30 AM–7:00 PM (Flexible work schedule)
Friday: 7:15 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible working schedule
Responsibilities:
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance and obtain required information
Collect copays, deductibles, and payments
Prepare and maintain patient charts
Perform data entry
Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments
Assist with overall front office flow
Athena knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Patient, empathetic, and professional
Recent medical front desk experience required
