Service Advisor

Service Advisors are the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service experience. This role coordinates communication between customers and technicians, sets expectations regarding repairs, costs, and timelines, and ensures an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.

Welcome customers and provide a positive service experience

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and document mileage and VIN information

Create and manage repair orders from start to finish

Set clear expectations regarding service timelines and repair costs

Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers

Translate technical findings into customer-friendly explanations

Prepare and present repair estimates and obtain approvals

Coordinate with service technicians and parts departments

Proactively communicate service updates and delays

Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business

Assist with vehicle staging and customer transportation needs

Beginner to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Automotive experience

Dealership experience

Technical background

College degree

Standing and walking throughout the day
