About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Client Services to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of projects that meet operational excellence standards, and leading an account team. This role requires the establishment of meaningful, professional relationships with client stakeholders, representing and promoting the company's brand, and partnering with clients to develop strategies that align with their desired outcomes. The VP will also be accountable for the day-to-day success of their team, including the growth and development of individual team members, and will be involved in organic business growth activities. Candidates for the VP, Client Services position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in medical communications, healthcare marketing, or a scientific agency, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The role also requires the ability to lead and manage a team, as well as the capacity to travel as needed.
