About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Services / Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, serving as a strategic consultant, and guiding the growth and retention of major accounts. This role requires a leader with a strong network in the industry, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to influence business strategy. Key responsibilities include leading client engagement efforts, overseeing high-impact programs, and collaborating with executive leadership to identify new growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in medical communications, medical education, healthcare marketing, or related agency settings, and will be adept at balancing account leadership, team development, and new business generation.
