Sr. HR Manager/Business Partner

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. HR Manager/Business Partner to support a high-performing Sales and Operations organization within the real estate and property technology industry. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a senior HR professional who can operate as both a trusted business advisor and a Learning and Development leader.

The Sr. HR Manager/Business Partner will partner closely with senior leaders to align talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, employee relations, sales enablement, and leadership development with business goals. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and wants to help shape the future of an evolving sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted HR business partner to Sales and Operations leaders, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation, engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and annual HR cycle activities, including performance, merit, bonus, and calibration processes.
- Design, deliver, and improve scalable onboarding, sales readiness, upskilling, leadership development, and operations training programs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create practical learning content, including workshops, playbooks, manager toolkits, role-based learning paths, and self-service resources.
- Support organizational change initiatives related to sales structure, territories, compensation plans, operating rhythms, and adoption of new processes.
- Use people and business data to identify trends, diagnose root causes, measure program effectiveness, and recommend actionable solutions.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $170,000 to $180,000 per year.
- Position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus and/or commission, as applicable.
- Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) plan with a company contribution equal to 25% of eligible employee contributions.
- Paid Time Off, including unlimited PTO as noted.
- 12 paid holidays.
- Work schedule: In office Monday through Thursday, hybrid on Fridays.
- Location: Irvine, CA.
- Travel: Approximately 25%.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to align HR strategy, talent planning, performance management, and organizational design with business priorities.
- Build and scale onboarding, sales readiness, leadership development, and operations learning programs.
- Lead employee relations, policy interpretation, engagement initiatives, compensation consultation, and annual HR processes.
- Use workforce data, engagement trends, attrition insights, ramp time, quota attainment, and performance outcomes to guide people strategy.

- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant HR Business Partner scope.
- 3+ years of Learning and Development, sales enablement, organizational development, or blended HRBP and L&D experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.
- Experience supporting Sales and/or Operations functions with strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
- Proven ability to coach executives, people leaders, and employees through complex and sensitive situations.
- Experience designing learning programs, conducting needs assessments, facilitating training, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use people data and business metrics to identify issues and measure impact.
- Proficiency with Office 365, HRIS platforms, reporting tools, and learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment while managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Multi-site client support experience.
- Experience supporting sales teams in high-growth, transformation, or rapidly evolving environments.
- Mortgage servicing, financial services, real estate, property management, or related industry experience.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to create or enhance learning content, sales playbooks, call coaching scripts, microlearning, or role-based learning paths.
