We're looking for an Assistant Manager who can help drive sales, support technicians, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and help ensure our stores execute proven processes every day. This is more than a service advisor position. This is a leadership role with a clear path to Store Manager for the right person. Why This Role Is Different You'll work with multiple locations throughout the region, helping support store operations, cover management needs, drive sales, and learn what it takes to successfully run a high‑performing automotive repair business. This role is designed to develop future Store Managers.
