As a Promotional Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support ongoing campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer relations, sales support, and marketing execution, while learning the ins and outs of modern promotional strategy through daily meetings and ongoing development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers with customer engagement, sales presentations, and support.
• Participate in campaign launches, product knowledge sessions, and team meetings.
• Research target markets and identify new promotional opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
• Apply client product knowledge in marketing initiatives and consumer outreach.
• Contribute to training and leadership development within the team.
• Support company goals through collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
