• Act as the primary point of contact for our diverse portfolio of commercial clients, handling questions and policy modifications with care.
• Collaborate with our producers to prepare accurate applications and obtain competitive quotes from various carriers.
• Review incoming policies for accuracy, catching errors before they reach our clients.
• Proactively manage renewal cycles to ensure our clients are always properly protected and informed.
• Document all client interactions and policy updates precisely within our agency management system.
• Support the overall office workflow by assisting with billing inquiries and claims reporting as needed.

• Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 4-40).
• Three or more years of experience managing commercial lines insurance accounts is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Vertafore AMS 360 or similar agency management software is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial insurance policy forms and endorsements is preferred.
• Clear and articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing high-volume certificate requests and policy renewals is preferred.

Training and assistance is available for entry level applicants.
