Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, addressing their inquiries with clarity and genuine care.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
Collaborate with our carrier partners to resolve complex coverage questions and billing concerns.
Review existing client portfolios to identify gaps in protection and suggest appropriate coverage adjustments.
Document all client interactions thoroughly within our agency management system to maintain precise records.
Participate in team discussions to share industry updates and brainstorm solutions for common client challenges.

Requirements

Florida Property & Casualty Insurance License (2-20 or 4-40) preffered
Three or more years of experience managing personal lines accounts is preferred.
Proficiency in Vertafore AMS 360 or similar agency management systems is preferred.
Strong comfort level with Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
Deep understanding of policy coverage forms and underwriting guidelines is preferred.
Experience with comparative rating software is preferred.

Training and assistance is available for entry level applicants.
