Salesforce System Analyst / Product ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce System Analyst / Product Manager with minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and product management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, Salesforce configuration, stakeholder management, and end-to-end product delivery. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize Salesforce solutions, and deliver business-driven enhancements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Systems Analysis, or Product Management.Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Flows.Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story development.Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Strong knowledge of SQL and SOQL.Experience with API integrations and enterprise application integration.Knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data modeling.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience managing product requirements and end-to-end delivery.Preferred SkillsSalesforce Administrator Certification.Experience with Salesforce integration tools and REST APIs.Knowledge of Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets.Experience with product backlog management and prioritization.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.Experience in business process optimization and Salesforce transformation initiatives.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
