Labor and Employment Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Labor and Employment Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice in Denver, Colorado. Duties Assist in class action and single-plaintiff litigation. Prepare position statements and evaluate claims. Prepare for mediations, discovery, and depositions. Draft motions and prepare cases for arbitration and trial. Research federal, state, and local employment laws. Provide strategic thinking in resolving employment disputes. Counsel HR professionals and business executives on compliance. Draft employment agreements. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong academic credentials. Active bar license in Colorado or ability to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active bar license in Colorado. Skills Strong research and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
