Labor & Employment Litigation Associate

Overview Assisting in all aspects of class action and single-plaintiff litigation and administrative charge work. Day-to-day tasks include preparing position statements, evaluating claims, preparing for mediations, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, and preparing cases for arbitration and trial. Responsible for researching federal, state, and local employment laws and providing strategic thinking in avoiding and resolving employment disputes.
