Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of residential management to maintain high standards of living and care.
• Leads staff supervision by hiring , training , and providing ongoing work direction to build a strong, capable team.
• Manages financial resources through careful budgeting to ensure fiscal health and program sustainability.
• Monitors compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations to protect the organization and the people we serve.
• Designs innovative program development initiatives that improve service delivery and resident outcomes.
• Resolves urgent situations swiftly through effective crisis management to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
• Oversees daily operations management to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
• Maintains strict quality assurance protocols to continuously elevate the standard of care.
• Coordinates comprehensive staff training programs to promote professional growth and best practices.
• Guides case management strategies to ensure personalized and effective support for every resident.

Required Qualifications
Education

• Holds a bachelor's degree in social work, human services, healthcare administration, or a related field.

Experience

• Demonstrates at least five years of progressive experience in residential management and human services.
• Shows a proven track record in staff supervision, budget administration, and regulatory compliance.

Knowledge/Skills

• Possesses expert knowledge of residential operations and program development.
• Applies strong skills in crisis management and quality assurance.
• Communicates effectively to lead diverse teams and support complex case management needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds a master's degree in a related discipline.
• Brings specialized certification in healthcare or human services administration.

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Involves occasional lifting of materials up to twenty-five pounds.
• Operates in a standard office and residential environment with potential exposure to crisis situations.

Requirements

Specified Bachelor's Degree in social work or human services or related field is required and 5 or more years of experience in a related field or a Specified Master's Degree in social work or human services or related field and 2 or more years of experience in a related field.
