Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school OT programs, including delivery through teletherapy
- Background in home health and broader healthcare OT environments
- Specialized knowledge in fine motor skill development and feeding therapy
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently in a contract setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills across platforms
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention goals
- Implement therapy sessions focused on fine motor skills and feeding
- Deliver occupational therapy in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with school teams, caregivers, and external healthcare providers
- Track student progress and maintain clear, timely records
- Support the transition of therapy strategies to classroom and home environments
