Our solutions enable critical mission system capabilities and increase naval stealth on submarine and surface ship platforms.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial guidance to Program Managers and CAMs to drive strong financial performance, cost control, and risk mitigationOversee accurate revenue recognition, invoicing, cost management, funding status, gross margin analysis, and cash-flow forecastingLead the development of program financial strategies, including baselines, long-range plans, and scenario analysesManage preparation and approval of monthly financial reports, EACs/ETCs, and internal program reporting packagesEnsure weekly cost monitoring and compliance with budgets, charging structures, and government accounting requirements (FAR/DFARS/CAS)Direct development and maintenance of WBS structures, time-phased budgets, schedules, and baseline control documentationProvide leadership for EVMS implementation and CDRL preparation, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reportingServe as the financial lead for proposals, including cost-volume pricing, BOEs, and audit supportIdentify and drive process improvements across program finance, including ERP data integrity, forecasting, and reporting efficiencyCompliance with Quality Management System proceduresRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related disciplineMinimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in program finance, preferably within the defense or aerospace industryStrong knowledge of government accounting standards, including FAR, DFARS, and CASDemonstrated experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, analysis)Hands-on experience with EVMS tools and processes; COBRA experience preferredProven ability to partner with Program Management and xhyhwjd executive leadershipThis position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export AuthorizationDesired Skills:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadersDemonstrated leadership capability with experience guiding teams and influencing cross-functional groupsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervisionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and recommending solutions
