Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can develop our team, strengthen sales performance, and help us continue to grow. About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead through coaching, training, and accountability. You’ll work directly with technicians and sales professionals through regular ride-alongs, appointment debriefs, and individual coaching to improve the customer experience and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Operations to establish sales priorities and achieve revenue goals. Coach, motivate, and develop technicians and sales professionals through ongoing training and individual feedback. Conduct regular ride-alongs to observe customer interactions, identify opportunities for improvement, and reinforce effective sales practices. Debrief sales appointments to recognize successes, address challenges, and strengthen performance. Use weekly sales reports to guide coaching, track progress, and establish action plans. Reinforce a consistent sales process focused on understanding homeowner needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and following up effectively. Ensure timely follow-through on pending proposals, invoicing, and financing. Monitor sales metrics and recommend improvements to sales processes and incentive programs. Collaborate with department leaders to improve communication and identify cross-selling opportunities. Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends, sharing insights with leadership. Qualifications Proven success leading and developing a team in residential, in-home sales. Demonstrated ability to improve sales results through coaching, training, and accountability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, motivate others, and provide constructive feedback. Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret sales reports and translate results into practical coaching plans. Sound judgment and effective decision-making in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Confidence leading sales meetings and delivering group training.
