Salary: Base Salary $45-$50k / OTE: $60k - $75k

What This Job Looks Like

We're scaling fast and looking for proactive, growth-minded players to join our rocketship of growth. This is a unique opportunity to break into sales, make a meaningful impact on revenue, and build a foundation for long-term success. You will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for engaging inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and helping to build and accelerate a strong pipeline that drives our continued momentum.

This will include:

• Responding to inbound leads and conducting outbound calls via phone, social media, and email to learn about their needs.
  
• Re-engaging with past leads who previously expressed interest in our service to see if there's a better fit.
• Acting as the first point of contact for new inquiries to ensure that:
  1. They're a good fit for us.
  2. We're a good fit for them.
  3. They understand the value of our offering.

You'll have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and internal depth with cutting-edge software, tools, and AI that will put you on a terrific path in the sales landscape.

What You'll Bring

• Sales experience. You'll be handling inbound calls, tackling objections, and connecting with people over phone and email.
• Friendly and confident. You arecomfortable in tricky conversations and building real rapport.
• Hands on with tools and data. Have experience withemail and text sequence building, flows, billing, and digging into analytics.
• Proactive and fearless. You arewilling to try new things, learn from mistakes, and take ownership.

• Team player with a great attitude. Easy to work with and fun to have around.

What Will Set You Apart

• Highly competitive
  
• Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets experience
• CRM experience, including managing tasks, creating sales pipelines, and prospect segmentation

• Cold Outreach Experience

Must-Haves

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience managing a pipeline
