Job Opportunity: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Saginaw, MI

Pediatrix Medical Group and Covenant HealthCare are excited to welcome a passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to our Level III NICU team in Saginaw, Michigan. This role presents an outstanding opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to thrive in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and perform advanced neonatal procedures.
• Contribute actively to clinical decision-making, patient management, family education, and care planning.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Work in a supportive and dynamic environment with full integration into the care team and respected clinical leadership roles.
• Support the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialty care, including surgery, cardiology, and neurology.
• Take advantage of mentorship programs especially designed for new graduates.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of neonatal care.

• Master's Degree in Nursing (required)
• Board Certified NNP (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications).
• 2+ years of experience as NNP is highly preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification).
• AZ License (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start).
• CSRs/CDS (must be obtained prior to start).
• Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active).
