Senior Property Accountant

Accruals & Journal Entries: Prepare and post adjusting entries for accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, depreciation, amortization, and deferred rent Financial Reporting: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for management, investors, joint venture partners, and lenders. Reconciliations: Complete bank and balance sheet account reconciliations Variance Analysis: Conduct in-depth actual-to-budget and period-over-period variance analysis to explain fluctuations in property performance. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and provide quarterly updates and cash flow projections. Lease Administration: Review tenant leases, reconcile common area maintenance (CAM), and calculate percentage rent or real estate tax escalations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Phaxis
