This contract role focuses on providing essential physical therapy services within a school environment, making a direct and meaningful impact on students’ ability to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy settings
• Strong ability to collaborate with education teams, families, and other therapists
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassion and adaptability when working with diverse student populations

Your Day-to-Day:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs and school goals
• Track progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines
• Educate families on exercises and accommodations to promote student independence
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and school regulations
