Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience in pediatric, school, or home health settings
• Expertise in fine and gross motor assessments and interventions
• Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Comfort working in both classroom and home environments
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate student abilities and create tailored occupational therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on fine and gross motor development
• Document progress, maintain compliance, and update educational teams and caregivers
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote optimal learning and participation
• Adapt strategies to address diverse developmental needs and unique learning profiles
• Conduct screenings, re-evaluations, and make recommendations for assistive devices when appropriate
