Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Proven experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings
• Solid understanding of fine and gross motor skill development
• Experience developing and implementing individualized plans for students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• Ability to efficiently manage time and case load in a dynamic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy to improve fine motor, gross motor, and daily living skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student participation and success in school activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Support students in both pull-out and push-in therapy models
