You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, delivering targeted support to promote student participation, independence, and academic success. Your expertise in school, home health, and healthcare-based OT practice will be highly valued and utilized across a diverse caseload.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, valid Michigan OT license
• Background in delivering occupational therapy services within elementary or school-based settings
• Experience in home health or broader healthcare OT is beneficial
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs within the educational context
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines
• Provide consultative support for classroom strategies that foster student independence
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
