Desired Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (Michigan State) in good standing
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous school-based experience preferred, especially with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) caseloads
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to working onsite for the entirety of the assignment

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy, assessment, and intervention for a caseload ranging from 40–55 students in an ASD setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school standards
• Contribute to IEP meetings and deliver progress reports
