Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of the needs of students within ASD classrooms
• Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educational teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to connect with students, staff, and families
• Capacity to maintain accurate and confidential documentation in adherence to school and state guidelines

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to a diverse caseload of 40–55 onsite students with ASD
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student growth and participation
• Assess, document, and monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in assessment, referral, and collaborative problem-solving processes
