Senior Family Law Paralegal

Towson, MD | On-Site | $75,000–$95,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Family Law Paralegal who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working closely with attorneys, and being an integral part of the litigation process?

A well-established and highly regarded family law practice in Towson is seeking a  Senior Family Law Paralegal to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal who knows family law, can keep complex matters moving, and thrives in a busy practice where organization and follow-through matter.

You will have substantial responsibility for your cases and work closely with attorneys on matters from initial intake through settlement or trial.

What You Will Do

• Manage active family law matters from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, affidavits, and correspondence
• Handle discovery requests and responses and organize supporting documentation
• Track court dates, discovery deadlines, filing deadlines, and other critical dates
• Assist with preparation for hearings, depositions, settlement conferences, and trials
• Organize exhibits, evidence, witnesses, experts, and trial materials
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
• Assist attorneys with legal research and case preparation
• Help ensure cases stay organized, deadlines are met, and clients receive responsive service

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of family law paralegal experience required
• Strong knowledge of family law litigation and court procedures
• Significant hands-on discovery experience
• Experience preparing cases for hearings and trial
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to independently manage priorities and deadlines
• Lexis, Clio, and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification preferred

Compensation & Outstanding Benefits

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 , depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity.
