We are not hiring for your typical Sales Closer opportunity. Our Sales Closer help customers by answering pertinent questions, educating them about roofing services, setting up appointments, and helping them protect one of their most significant investments: their homes.

What You'll Do As A Sales Closer:

• Guide customers through roof inspections and repair options.
• Build relationships with customers, set up appointments, and get rewarded for results.
• Work hands-on with a supportive, high-energy team.
• Learn and master a consultative sales process.
• Collaborate with project managers, fellow sales consultants, and installation crews to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Continuously improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions.
