Manager, People Operations & Workplace Management (US) Position Summary The Manager, People Operations & Workplace Management will be responsible for overseeing Gushcloud’s U.S. people operations, workplace administration, office facilities, company assets, and administrative functions. This role serves as the primary operational backbone of the U.S. business, ensuring a productive, compliant, and well‑managed work environment while supporting employees and leadership across multiple locations. The successful candidate will combine HR administration, operational coordination, facilities management, and executive support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the U.S. organization. Key Responsibilities Human Resources & Employee Experience Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all U.S.-based employees. Coordinate employee documentation, contracts, benefits administration, and HR records. Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives. Support performance review processes and talent development programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations. Coordinate employee relations matters and act as a trusted resource for staff. Liaise with external HR, payroll, benefits, and legal providers as required. Operations & Administration Oversee day‑to‑day operational needs of the U.S. offices. Develop and maintain internal policies, operating procedures, and administrative workflows. Manage office vendors, service providers, subscriptions, and operational contracts. Support leadership with operational reporting and special projects. Coordinate travel, events, meetings, and company‑wide initiatives as needed. Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process improvement. Workplace & Facilities Management Manage all U.S. office facilities and workplace environments. Oversee office maintenance, repairs, security systems, access control, and workplace safety. Coordinate office moves, expansions, renovations, and workspace planning. Maintain relationships with landlords, building management, and facility vendors. Ensure offices are well‑maintained, fully operational, and aligned with company standards. Asset & Property Management Maintain inventory and accountability for all company‑owned assets. Oversee procurement, deployment, tracking, and recovery of laptops, equipment, furniture, and office assets. Ensure proper documentation and lifecycle management of company property. Coordinate with IT and finance teams regarding asset management and audits. Manage storage facilities, equipment inventory, and company property records. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure workplace compliance with OSHA, employment, and corporate policies. Maintain required workplace documentation, licenses, and certifications. Support audits and compliance reviews when required. Coordinate business insurance, workplace safety programs, and risk mitigation initiatives. Act as a key operational partner to the Group CEO and senior leadership team. Execute special projects, corporate initiatives, and cross‑functional programs. Support board meetings, executive visits, and strategic company events when required. Success Metrics Employee onboarding and offboarding completed accurately and on time. High employee satisfaction and workplace engagement scores. Zero material compliance violations or workplace incidents. Accurate asset tracking and inventory management. Efficient management of facilities, vendors, and operating budgets. Smooth day-to-day operations across all U.S. offices. Strong support and responsiveness to leadership and employees. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in HR, operations, office management, workplace management, or a related function. Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and workplace compliance. Experience managing facilities, vendors, and company assets. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
